These terms cover dadskool.org, sponsor.dadskool.org, and their contact and sponsor inquiry forms. By using them, you agree to use them lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree, do not use the forms.

Our contact and sponsor inquiry forms are intended for adults. Provide accurate information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit children's personal information, payment-card numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information through these forms.

Submitting a form does not confirm a sponsorship, partnership, reservation, registration, donation, or contract. Any agreement requires separate confirmation of its scope and terms. A request to schedule a call is not a confirmed appointment until scheduling is completed.

Donations and event registrations may take place through Zeffy or other identified third-party platforms. Review the specific campaign or event details, total price, refund/cancellation rules, and the platform's terms before completing a transaction. These website terms do not replace event-specific rules or promise refunds, admission, or availability. Donations are tax-deductible only to the extent allowed by law; payments for goods or services may be treated differently. Consult your own tax adviser if needed.

Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond to it. Optional ongoing or marketing messages are subject to the consent you provide and the Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and marketing email using the unsubscribe link.

Do not send unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or abusive content; impersonate someone; interfere with website operation; attempt unauthorized access; or submit material that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or remove improper submissions and restrict misuse.

Dad Skool content and branding may not be used in a way that implies our endorsement without permission. Linked websites and embedded services are operated by third parties and have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content.

We aim to keep information accurate, but schedules, availability, and other details may change. The website is provided as available. Nothing on it is medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Dad Skool is not an emergency service. Call 911 in an emergency.

To the extent permitted by law, Dad Skool is not responsible for indirect losses caused by website errors, outages, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Participation in events may require separate terms or waivers; this page is not an event liability waiver.
