Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026
Scope
Dad Skool Inc ("Dad Skool", "we", "us") operates dadskool.org and sponsor.dadskool.org. This policy explains how we handle information from our website contact and sponsor inquiry forms, related communications, donations, and registrations. Third-party platforms have their own privacy policies.
Information you provide
We collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, inquiry type, and message. Donation and registration services may collect donor or attendee details, transaction information, and information needed for receipts or event administration. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive information in our contact forms.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, coordinate sponsorships and registrations, administer donations and events, send requested communications, maintain records, protect our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not use a contact inquiry as permission to enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Service providers and sharing
Our forms and communications use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector services through our website provider. Donations and some event registrations use Zeffy. These providers process information needed to operate their services. Zeffy and its payment providers handle payment details; do not send card numbers to Dad Skool through a contact form. We may share relevant information with service providers or event partners when needed to carry out your request, and when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Email and text messages
We may reply to your inquiry using the contact information you provide. Optional ongoing email or text communications require the applicable consent. If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of a donation or purchase. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. Service providers may process them to deliver our messages.
Cookies and embedded services
Our websites and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, security, and service operation. You can manage cookies in your browser. Embedded services, including YouTube and Zeffy, may collect device, usage, and technical information under their own policies. Any optional analytics or advertising tools should be disclosed here before they are enabled.
Children
Our contact and sponsor inquiry forms are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these forms. Parents and guardians should avoid including children's names, birth dates, medical details, or other identifying information in messages. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Any future child-related registration needs a separate parent-directed process and notice.
Retention and security
We keep information only as needed for the purposes described here, reasonable administrative needs, and legal recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing team@dadskool.org. We may need to verify your request, and some records must be retained for legal or transaction purposes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link and opt out of texts by replying STOP.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date will be shown on this page. Contact Dad Skool Inc at team@dadskool.org with privacy questions.
